Call of Fate is moving from Shii-Cho to Jedi Covenant using Bioware's free character transfer. We believe the transfer to a larger server will provide a more enjoyable gaming environment.

To initiate the character transfer process, login to your account, click "My Account" and then click "Character Transfers" in the left hand menu. From there you will be able to select "Start a Character Transfer".

Please note that you must empty your mailboxes and auction house items before initiating a transfer.
You may also be required to rename your characters and/or legacy upon arrival on the new server.

Call of Fate concluded its first guild meeting on 1/10/12. We had 60 members online for this Tuesday night guild meeting which was followed by a little holocron grab and some giveaways by generous members! Limitations to grab the chat logs prevent speedy and convenient posting of the meeting logs unfortunately.


The meeting was presided over by Guildmaster Malari with all officers in attendance. We happily welcomed several new members promoted from their initiate status. Thanks for playing with Call of Fate!

As of now, the non disclosure portion of our Game Testing Agreement is officially lifted. While all players must still accept the Game Testing Agreement, from this point on testers may now freely talk about their experiences this past weekend in the game, as well as post screenshots and gameplay videos of their testing experiences. We encourage you to come join us on the official Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ Forums to share your experiences!

The Star Wars: The Old Republic community site will have a copy of this message on the forums and it will also appear in the Patcher. Players may not talk about nor reprint posts from our testing forums as they are still fully covered by the confidentiality portions of our Game Testing Agreement. And all players who want to participate in the upcoming Beta Test Weekends still have to accept all terms of the Game Testing Agreement. So, other than that, free feel to talk about and share your experiences in Star Wars: The Old Republic.

My thanks go out to everyone who has beta tested and continues to beta test the game. It has been with your help and feedback that Star Wars: The Old Republic is where it is today. We really appreciate your efforts.

We have reached a crucial crossroads with our web hosting.  Up to this point, our Enjin subscription has been covered by one of our Founders - many thanks, Cerebus!  However, the time has come for all of us to step forward and contribute to the continuance of our home here on the web.  You may already have noticed a new module on the front page of our site which will allow anyone to contribute days to our hosting.  (If you haven't seen it, it's on the left side, just under your avatar and Recent Visitor information.) By clicking on the Add Days button, you will be brought to an interface where you can select a payment method.  The two more common options are at the top; credit card and PayPal.  You can look through the other options as well, and the rate will be on the page after that.  (At the time of this post, it's about $1 a day.)

Please consider contributing if and when you can.  We are all in this together; let's keep our forums alive!

The HOA would just have kittens if it found out.  But noooooo, you all HAD to let some live!  Really though, I'm not angry, I'm just very disappointed in you.  Would you at least TRY to finish what you started and take care of the remaining zombies?  It wouldn't be such an issue, but the boomer bile just doesn't match the decor!

Due to the popularity, we're going to get more Left 4 Dead going!  If you only have 1 or 2, come on out since a number of people have both, and both games are good fun.  Hop in vent at 9PM eastern on Thursday the 25th and meet up with your fellow CoFers to splat some zombies.  Click on the picture for the awesomesauce official event thread.  Good Times!
